My name is Sean Simeson, and I am proud to be an Associate Lawyer at Kitchen Simeson Belliveau. I graduated from McGill University and from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. For almost a decade, I lived and practiced law in Denver, Colorado. My experience includes numerous jury trials, hundreds of discoveries and depositions, and countless court appearances.

I also have ample experience providing criminal defence representation in Canada and the United States. In my criminal defence practice, I provide thorough, aggressive representation to all clients from intake through verdict or resolution. I have experience in DUI defence, domestic/spousal violence, possession of controlled substances, assault, and other criminal matters. I have tried multiple cases in front of judges and juries and have conducted numerous motions hearings.
My experience also includes high-level litigation against police officers, police departments, municipalities, and other institutions that abuse their authority and infringe the rights of citizens. I have represented several individuals and families who have suffered injuries or death at the hands of government officials. I have been covered in state and local media in my capacity representing these clients, have been published half a dozen times, and recognized as a “rising star” by Super Lawyers. In my career, I have already proven that I have a track record of success. I am invigorated to be back in Ontario, Canada, where I grew up, and to be contributing to the team at Kitchen Simeson Belliveau.
